Hi Everyone,
Well, our temperatures have gone down to single digits. At the moment, it is 1 degree, a little chilly! Ü I've been stuck in the house for the past 11 days, which doesn't really bother me all that much. I went outside on Friday, and barely made it back to the porch without falling on my tush!!! It's really slick!! It will be a while before the weather gets warmer.
I can't believe that Thursaday is Christmas!!! Ugh!! It feels as though Halloween is just around the corner!!! I have a feeling this year everyone is going to feel the financial crunch this country is facing. But at least we can feel the spirit of the season.
I just got a new quilting book called 'Quilt Lovers' Favorites' from the American Patwork & Quilting. It is ssooooo great!! They have a pattern I'm dying to try! It has 9 patches, triangles and hexagons in the design. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can make it. Ü
